What do I need to do to get ready?

 

 

Have the property fully cleaned, decluttered, and staged before the shooting time.


Focus on:

All lights on, blinds open, beds made and pillows straight, mirrors cleaned,

vehicles out of driveway

and pets secured.

What happens if the weather is bad?

 

 

Clouds can actually work to a photographers benefit.  I can not use the drone in rain, heavy wind, or extreme cold (below 0). I am very flexible and will accommodate any exterior re scheduling needed.

How far will you travel?

 

 

For properties beyond 15 driving miles from Marshfield's city center, a $2 per-oneway-mile travel fee is added

 

Are you FAA part 107 drone certified?

 

 

 

 

Yes.  I have been operating drones for nearly 10 years and maintain my Federal Aviation Administration drone certification.
